UltraFill automatic feeding system seamlessly integrates into the Sovilio hot melt adhesive machine system, bringing unprecedented convenience and safety to the production process. The system intelligently monitors the hot melt adhesive level and immediately initiates automatic refilling once a low-level state is detected, completely eliminating the need for manual refilling.
The introduction of the automatic feeding system not only significantly saves operators' time but also effectively avoids potential risks of carbonization and thermal burns during production. Its working principle is straightforward and efficient: sensors inside the melting tank precisely monitor the liquid level. When the level drops to a preset threshold, they swiftly send a signal to the solenoid valve, prompting the vacuum feeding pump to efficiently and accurately transfer adhesive pellets into the melting tank. Once the system reaches the preset filling level, the filling cycle automatically stops until the next low-level detection, ensuring precise and efficient feeding throughout the process.
